The Waste Plastic Pyrolysis Plant is capable of recycling 1000 Kg of mixed plastic wastes. it is the smallest unit that we can use to end the non recyclable plastic with a good source of income.
This product is fully made in India it consist of a horizontal reactor constructed of stainless steel, boiler quality or stainless steel or mild steel as per requirement. The device is secured with fourteen integrated safety that makes our product different from all others.
After processing the waste plastics in our machine we get mainly three outputs
1. Gas
2. Fuel
3. Carbon
Fuel Oil : fuel Oil is main product that we recover after pyrolysis process we receive approximately 55-60% of total raw material used the oil received from waste plastic can be used in burners of Boilers, furnace, hot air generator, hot mix plant, thermic fluid heater, brick factories, heavy industrial burners and other burners.
The Oil can be further distilled to use as a bio diesel it can be replaced with applications of diesel as well as we can operate vehicles like truck, tractor and other automobiles. It’s demand is increasing day by day. After the research and development in this field may be in future we can use this oil in all sectors industrial, commercial and automobile etc
Gas: Non-condensable gas produced in the pyrolysis process can be used for heating the plant.
Carbon Powder: Carbon powder is the last output product that we get after the process of pyrolysis. this carbon powder can be sold to the industries manufacturing briquetting for burning, Refining, Paint, new tire, shoe pole
